At The Beefeater we have spent over fifty years perfecting the art of grilling beef over natural charcoal. Our method has not changed: live fire, high temperature and hand-picked premium cuts. Every cut is worked to the cooking point the diner prefers, from rare to well done, always respecting the essence of the product.

Our menu highlights Old Cow Dry-aged Beef — ribeyes, T-Bones and entrecôtes from animals over four years old, whose marbling and infiltrated fat bring the deep flavour and juiciness that set The Beefeater apart on the Costa del Sol. We round out the offer with Iberian Acorn-Fed Pork Presa, Baby Lamb Shoulder and Beef Fillet Steak in different sizes and preparations.

Beyond the beef, you will find cold and hot starters made in our own kitchen — knife-cut steak tartare, carpaccios, homemade croquettes — complete salads and a wide range of sides to personalise your dish. The Kids' Menu ensures the little ones enjoy too. To pair, check our Spanish wine selection and, to finish, our homemade desserts. All with VAT included and certified traceability on every product.

What is The Beefeater's signature cut?

Our Dry-aged Old Cow Ribeye 600 g (GOLD Grade) is one of our signature cuts, grilled over natural charcoal and served with a side of your choice.

What is the Chateaubriand and how is it served?

The Chateaubriand is a noble cut taken from the centre of the beef fillet, prized for its exceptional tenderness and clean, elegant flavour. At The Beefeater it is grilled over natural charcoal and served as a piece to share, making it one of the most distinguished choices on our menu.

What is Old Cow and why does it stand out at The Beefeater?

Old cow is beef from animals over four years old, with natural maturation and infiltrated fat that brings a depth of flavour impossible to imitate with young animals. At The Beefeater we personally select each piece for its marbling and maturation point before it reaches the grill.

Do you have Wagyu on the menu?

Yes. We serve the Wagyu Burger with fried onion, pickles, onion rings and truffle mayonnaise.

Do you serve Steak Tartare?

Yes. Our Beef Fillet Steak Tartare is prepared knife-cut to order. We also offer Tuna Tartare with Quail Egg and Truffle Cream and Salmon Tartare with Wakame Seaweed and Avocado.

Do you have a kids' menu?

Yes. The Kids' Menu includes Breaded Chicken Schnitzel, Homemade Cheeseburger, Mini Sirloin Steak and Mini Beef Fillet. All include fries, a soft drink and ice cream.
